2018 Call for Presentations - Opens November 10
Every year, the National Homeland Security Conference brings together over 1,300 attendees from the homeland security and emergency management disciplines, representing local, state, federal government, military and the private sector. The National Homeland Security Association is preparing for the biggest and most well attended national homeland security conference to date on July 9-12, 2018! The conference hosted at the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel in Manhattan, New York City, promises to be a magnificent draw for homeland security professionals.
In preparation for this event, the NHSA has officially announced a call for presentations. For the 2018 conference, the NHSA will be hosting 60 and 75 minute national homeland security presentations with ten tracks across all homeland security subject areas. We are looking for 60 presentations from local, state, and Federal governments and private organizations. Did you implement an innovative response to an incident this year? Do you have a best practice you would like to share with colleagues from around the globe? Every presentation will be carefully vetted by experienced subject matter experts for relevance and applicability to the conference.

PLEASE NOTE: The deadline for presentation proposals will expire on 12/31/2017
Although no guarantee can be made that your presentation will be accepted beyond the December 31 deadline, special considerations may be made especially in the track areas: Recent Events, Grant Management, Emergency Medical Responses, Public Health Issues and Transit Security.
